Hyun Logis (현로지스, "we") operates this website (routemate.kr) for its product RouteMate. This policy explains what information we handle when you visit the site and how we protect it, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea.

• Website visits: We do not use sign-up forms, cookies, or analytics tools. Our web server automatically records standard access logs (IP address, browser type, requested page, and time of access) for security and operation.
• Contacting us: If you email us (for example, to join a pilot test), we receive your email address, name, and any information you include in the message.

• To operate and secure the website
• To reply to inquiries and coordinate pilot test participation

We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

3. Retention

Server access logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes and then deleted. Inquiry emails are kept only as long as needed to respond and to run the pilot test, then deleted upon request or when no longer needed, unless retention is required by law.
